How much is the average sallary of an Executive Doctorate of Business Administration expert?

I wanted to start an executive doctorate programme, and just would like to know, is it a good investment or not. What do you think, what is the average sallary of a person with an executive doctorate in your country? I would like to be a researcher in any case, this is just another view, and thanks for your answers!:)
