Business Website Design Knowledge – What’s Required?

What besides HTML must a person become expert in in order to be proficient in designing, creating, and maintaining a full-fledged business website, including use of a database for interaction and a message board?

Is there a book or a website that explains advanced tax returns?

I’m a mortgage banker whom has been working with a lot of high networth clients whom tend to be business owners and real estate investors that have very complicated tax returns. I’m looking for a book/guide that will help me become an expert on the them. I understand the schedule E’s and the transfers from the corporate Schedule K’s to the personal is supposed to be the only income I can use plus adding back the deprecation (the basics) , but I’m looking to get very savvy with this and was looking for a suggestion?

Its more fun debating with underwriting when your argument is crisp. Thanks for your help.

What is the best way to accept a payment on a website that is not configured as a merchant site?

I am currently working on a website hosted by Yahoo Small Business Solutions. I will be offering a service in which will have to be paid for in order to have access to this service. I would like to avoid transfering everything to an e-commerce website. Is someone willing to offer expert advice in this matter?
