How do you add message boards to a website? I have a small business package through yahoo.?

i would like to be able to have a message board on my website. I have a the “starter” web hosting package with Yahoo! small business services. I used the free sitebuilder software to do the basic design and page flow and must stress that I am NOT AN EXPERT (if that wasnt clear already). Thanks so much. . . -Ryan

Is there an audition or an interview necessary? Yahoo is almost impossible to contact, has anyone else ever inquired about this subject or something similar? Any help would be appreciated.
